Beyond Wealth: Rethinking Retirement Planning for Better Client Outcomes
Retirement planning has traditionally focused on financial readiness, but advisers increasingly recognise that psychological wellbeing may also play an important role in shaping outcomes.
In this webinar, James Woodfall, founder of Raise Your EI, shares insights into the emotional transition into retirement, exploring why outcomes don’t always align with financial security—and what advisers can do differently.
You’ll leave with practical ideas to evolve your approach, strengthen client relationships, and enhance your retirement proposition.
Learning objectives:
1. Understand key psychology theories affecting retirees.
2. Learn what supports psychological wellbeing and what impacts it negatively.
3. How to adapt your planning sessions for pre and post-retirement advice.
Structured CPD Applicable. For Financial Professionals Only.
