Succession and acquisition can be a challenge for business owners, particularly owners of advisory businesses where ongoing support and care of your clients is paramount. The range of options and complexity of commercial interests can result in significant wasted time, unintended consequences and turbulence for your stakeholders. That’s why we’ve launched Affinity; to inform, connect and facilitate transactions between like-minded sellers and buyers.

All you need to do is register your interest as a buyer or seller via one of the buttons below. We will then review your submission and match your requirements with like-minded firms.

This service is free and completely confidential. ebi are able to facilitate the process through putting you in touch with third party finance, legal and brokerage advice.

How does it work?

Simply use the above buttons to register your interest in either acquiring firms or selling your business, we’ll then book in an introductory call to talk you through the service, collect some further details from you, and compare your profile to our database of businesses.

Should we find you a match, upon agreement we’ll provide each firm with some confidential, preliminary information on each party. If both parties are amenable, we’ll then make the introduction, as well as provide you with a list of useful contacts to help you through each stage of the process; finance, brokerage and legal.
