Debbie Holmes

Debbie Holmes is Business Development Manager at ebi Portfolios. Debbie is responsible for introducing ebi Portfolios to new advisers and building relationships with both new and existing firms, providing training and support to onboard and utilise the tools and materials ebi provides it’s members. Debbie also works closely with the ebi team to provide feedback and development ideas from advisers.

Keaton Jones

Keaton is Business Development Manager within ebi. Joining in 2022, his main responsibilities include actively managing client relationships, researching new business opportunities, leading sales and training meetings and taking responsibility for day to day project management.

Christian Markwick DipPFS

Having been an adviser, training and competence manager and CF10/CF11 in the industry for many years, Christian is very well placed to understand what makes firms tick, what many are trying to achieve and how to assist them in getting there. He provides firms with pragmatic, no-nonsense support, helping them understand what their goals are and creating a path to help them achieve them.
