Debbie also works closely with the ebi team to provide feedback and development ideas from advisers. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRebecca Kowalski\, Director at Overstory Finance\n\n\n\nRebecca decided to launch Overstory Finance to help IFAs embrace sustainable investing / financial planning and ensure that our profession fully plays its part in tackling nature\, resource and climate challenges. Overstory delivers sustainable finance training\, proposition building\, due diligence and communications and collaborates with multiple stakeholders within finance\, other professions\, charities and business groups. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAlan Whittle\, Director at Unburdened Solutions\n\n\n\nAlan is a Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Personal Finance Society\, with an MSc (with Distinction) in Financial Planning and Business Management from Manchester Metropolitan University. Alan also holds specialist qualifications in Compliance and Sustainable Finance. \n\n\n\nAlan splits his time providing Consultancy and Training to financial planning firms via Unburdened Solutions and Understanding Sustainability as well as between researching Behavioural Finance and Impact Investing for a PhD in Financial Planning with Manchester Metropolitan University\, and lecturing in Sustainable Finance at Robert Gordons University in Aberdeen.
